All content, trademarks, logos, software and technology tied to Comnoco AI belong to Comnoco AI or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our prior written permission.
We may suspend or close your account at our discretion, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you've breached these Terms, taken part in fraud or illegal activity, or put the Platform's security or integrity at risk. If your account is closed, you'll still be able to withdraw any eligible remaining funds, subject to our standard verification steps.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, legal requirements or how our business runs. Any updates will appear here with a revised effective date. If you keep using the Platform after those updates, you're accepting the new version.
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Comnoco AI is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute related to these Terms or the Platform falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
